Aeyth is seeking a dedicated and proactive Client Success Specialist to join our team. This role is pivotal in building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and success with our products and services. The ideal candidate will have a customer-first mindset and be skilled in problem-solving, communication, and project management.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all client inquiries and concerns, ensuring a swift and effective resolution.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to provide accurate and tailored customer support.
  • Monitor client usage and satisfaction, proactively addressing potential issues and recommending solutions.
  • Conduct onboarding sessions for new clients, ensuring they are fully integrated and comfortable with our systems.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, including sales and technical support, to resolve issues and enhance the customer experience.
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions and transactions, managing and updating customer profiles and account information.
  • Develop and implement strategies for retaining clients and fostering loyalty.
  • Prepare reports on account status, renewals, and overall customer health.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, client relations, or a similar role.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and team members at all levels.
  • High level of accountability and the ability to work independently.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple accounts while maintaining sharp attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a tech-focused or software company.
  • Understanding of customer success processes and metrics.
  • Training in conflict management and customer service excellence.
